The State Emergency Service Association of NSW welcomes the appointment of Daniel Evans as the incoming Deputy Commissioner Operations for the NSW State Emergency Service.
The role of Deputy Commissioner Operations is a significant leadership position within the Service, responsible for supporting operational capability, readiness, and coordination across New South Wales. The Association wishes Mr Evans well as he prepares to undertake this important role.
The Association looks forward to working constructively with incoming Deputy Commissioner Evans, alongside the Commissioner and Executive Leadership Team, to continue strengthening the NSW SES and supporting members across the Service.
As an organisation representing and advocating for NSW SES volunteers and staff, the Association remains committed to working in partnership on matters that improve capability, resilience, operational readiness, and member support across New South Wales.
The Association also acknowledges and thanks Nicole Hogan for her leadership while acting in the Deputy Commissioner Operations role.
