The Association’s first Strategic Plan sets out our immediate priorities as we establish a strong foundation for advocacy and representation. Building Our Voice is a short-term plan for 2025/2026, focused on strengthening member engagement, ensuring transparency, and building the structures that will support long-term growth.
This plan reflects input from members through Area Representation Groups and other consultations, and provides a clear roadmap for how the Association will represent, support, and advocate for all NSW SES members in its first year of operation.
