Good governance is at the heart of the Association. SESA is committed to operating with transparency, accountability, and integrity.
Key documents such as the Association Rules, policies, and procedures are available to members.
Governance is overseen by the elected Committee, supported by the Governance Sub-Committee.
Minutes of all meetings are shared with members, except where matters are considered in closed session or are otherwise confidential.
Our Commitment to Members
The Association is built on the principle that members should always know how decisions are made. By publishing meeting minutes, sharing financial reports, and making our Constitution available, we ensure that members remain fully informed.
Accessing Information
Members can access governance documents, policies, and reports through the Members Portal at any time. This guarantees that every member has the same visibility of decisions, no matter where they are in NSW.
Why Transparency Matters
Strong governance builds trust. By keeping decision-making open, we empower members to hold the Committee accountable and ensure the Association always works in the best interests of its members.
