Area Representatives are elected by members within each Zone and State Headquarters to ensure local voices are heard at the Association level. They play a key role in connecting members with the Committee through Area Representation Groups (ARGs).
Functions of Area Representatives:
Represent the interests of their Zone or State Headquarters.
Chair Area Representation Group meetings.
Provide regular updates and feedback between members and the Committee.
Area Representation Groups (ARG):
Each Zone and State Headquarters has an Area Representation Group, made up of all elected Area Representatives from that area. The ARG provides a forum for members to raise issues, share ideas, and shape recommendations for the Committee.
To ensure balanced leadership, each ARG elects its own Chair from among the Area Representatives. The Chair is responsible for coordinating meetings, guiding discussions, and ensuring the group’s feedback is provided directly to the Committee.
As the Association grows and more members join, Area Representatives will be appointed to ensure every Zone and State Headquarters has a strong voice. Once a Unit, Cluster, Zone or State Headquarters Business Unit reaches five members, an election will be triggered to appoint its Area Representative. This page will be updated as Representatives and ARG Chairs are elected, so please check back regularly for the latest information.
